REWE Group and syreta optimize POS management
Since December 2018, syreta has been supporting the REWE Group in the areas of POS management and POS marketing. In a first step, our Store Lifecycle Tool is being launched in the approximately 600 BIPA stores in Austria – with the aim of digitizing retail processes and optimizing the asset management of retail spaces. This enables the entire lifecycle of stores and sales areas to be efficiently organized – from store opening to the complete planning and rollout of advertising campaigns.

Since December 2018, syreta has been supporting the REWE Group in the areas of POS management and POS marketing. In a first step, our Store Lifecycle Tool is being launched in the approximately 600 BIPA stores in Austria – with the aim of digitizing retail processes and optimizing the asset management of retail spaces. This enables the entire lifecycle of stores and sales areas to be efficiently organized – from store opening to the complete planning and rollout of advertising campaigns.
600 stores at one go – that’s no longer a pilot project, but proof that the Store Lifecycle Tool also works in large-scale enterprise use. For a drugstore chain of this size, POS management is a daily challenge: promotional materials must arrive on time, campaigns must be deployed precisely by store, openings and remodels must be coordinated – all across hundreds of locations.
The SLT creates the central data basis for this: a single platform where store data, assets, and processes come together. What previously seeped away in Excel lists, emails, and manual coordination is thereby structured and traceable. For syreta, the BIPA project is an important step – and a reference project that shows where the Store Lifecycle Tool is headed.
