Digital brand presence for one of Tyrol’s best-known shopping destinations

New website connects information, inspiration and regional identity

Kaufhaus Tyrol is one of Innsbruck’s best-known shopping centers, bringing together international brands, regional offerings, and modern architecture under one roof. To make this diversity experienceable digitally as well, a new website was developed together with syreta, providing visitors with all important information in a clear and user-friendly way.

The challenge

The goal of the project was to develop a modern web presence that digitally represents Kaufhaus Tyrol as a central shopping destination. In addition to a contemporary design, the focus was on intuitive user guidance, easy content maintenance, and the optimal presentation of shops, promotions, and events.

Together with Kaufhaus Tyrol, a new website was created with a focus on usability and content management:

The result

The new website offers a central information platform for visitors to Kaufhaus Tyrol. Shops, promotions, events, and current information are quick to find and are presented in a modern digital environment. At the same time, the solution enables efficient content maintenance and supports the shopping center’s digital communication.

With the new website, a digital platform was created that reflects the special identity of Kaufhaus Tyrol and strengthens the connection between the shopping experience, regional roots, and modern online communication.

What the Kaufhaus Tyrol website has to deliver is inherently complex: dozens of shops, constantly changing promotions, events, opening hours, dining options – all of this must be kept clear and up to date without every change requiring a developer. The CMS system in the background enables exactly that: the on-site teams can maintain content themselves, respond quickly, and keep the site alive.

The fact that syreta later also implemented the app for Kaufhaus Tyrol shows the continuation of this collaboration: from the first digital presence to a complete digital customer presence, with chat function, loyalty program, and gift card inquiry. Step by step, with a platform that grows along with it.
