Biohof Achleitner

Biohof Achleitner is one of the pioneers of organic agriculture in Austria. Since its founding in 1990, the family business has stood for sustainable management, regional value creation, and the vision “100% organic in Austria.” What started as a small farm shop developed into a diverse organic operation with its own agriculture, organic box scheme, organic fresh market, organic culinary offering, and wholesale.

To make the high service quality tangible digitally as well, syreta developed a custom e-commerce and service platform that optimally supports the farm’s diverse business areas. The goal was to simplify the ordering process for customers, optimize internal workflows, and at the same time digitally reflect the company’s distinctive philosophy.

The challenge

Biohof Achleitner ships more than 8,000 organic boxes every week and offers an extensive range of organic products. The digital solution therefore had to do far more than a classic online shop. Requirements included convenient subscription management, flexible ordering options, transparent product availability, and seamless integration of existing business processes.
