For our customer DekoZentrale, we have developed a modern website with an integrated webshop, specifically tailored to the needs of B2B customers. The focus of the implementation was on a user-friendly interface that enables business customers to place their orders quickly and efficiently. We placed great emphasis on a seamless user experience that significantly simplifies digital shopping. A key feature of the new platform is the integration with DekoZentrale's BMD system. This integration ensures that all order data is automatically transferred to the internal system, which significantly speeds up the processes and minimizes sources of error. This way, B2B customers can place their orders without delays and with maximum precision.

Furthermore, the new solution enables individual pricing for each customer. Based on specific agreements, business customers receive customized prices and discounts that are displayed directly in the webshop. This not only guarantees transparency and fairness but also promotes stronger customer loyalty and even better collaboration between DekoZentrale and its business partners.
