Online “farm shop” for organic fruit farm

Small & fine – Website for Obsthof Wiesmeier

Fruit in all shapes and colors – you’ll find that at Obsthof Wiesmeier in Holzhausen: juices, cider, sparkling drinks, apple chips, vinegar, fruit spreads, and many other delicacies. The family business focuses on organic quality and cultivates a valuable, resource-conserving approach to nature. Anyone who wants to bring the tasty products home can buy them directly on site in the farm shop. Or – quite simply – order them in the new online shop.

syreta implemented the new website including the “online farm shop”:

•    Easy and fast ordering in the online shop
•    Clear presentation of the products
•    Timeless, clean, and straightforward website design
•    Responsive design – for all mobile devices
•    Search-engine optimized
•    Simple content management system: upload new products, texts, and images yourself

What sets the Obsthof Wiesmeier shop apart is its honesty. No overly complex system, no elaborate onboarding process – but a clear, well-structured shop that presents the products as they are: handmade, regional, organic. The timeless, straightforward design is not a cost-cutting measure, but a deliberate choice: it lets the products speak.

That the business can maintain new products, texts, and images itself is crucial for a family company of this size. No one should have to wait for an agency when the apple juice from the new vintage is ready to go online. The CMS makes that possible – simply, directly, without prior knowledge.

For syreta, this project was proof that good e-commerce doesn’t always have to be complex. Sometimes a solid foundation, a clear design, and the right technology in the background are enough.
