PUMA FAR EAST - international retail platform for Puma

After we have already successfully implemented numerous international projects for Puma, PUMA FAR EAST is now also relying on syreta’s solutions. syreta’s Retail Management System will support Puma in expanding shop-in-shop areas in Asia. The web software is used as a central management tool for store data and provides valuable data to the Puma data center in Hong Kong. Managing directors Palnik and Immitzer accompanied the rollout of the system on site in Shanghai and Hong Kong.

What makes the PUMA FAR EAST rollout special is its geographic and cultural dimension. The syreta Retail Management System delivers exactly that: a central data basis that consolidates all relevant information for each store and automatically transmits it to the Puma data center in Hong Kong.

On-site rollout in Shanghai and Hong Kong

That managing directors Alexander Palnik and Christian Immitzer personally accompanied the rollout in Shanghai and Hong Kong was no coincidence. In a system rollout in a new market, it’s not just about technology — it’s about understanding local processes, training the local team, and ensuring that the solution runs smoothly in real operations.
