This organic demonstration farm, unique in Austria, breeds old breeds of free-range cattle, pasture pigs, sika deer and wild boar. All animals live outdoors year-round, are slaughtered directly on the farm, and processed in the farm’s own organic butcher shop and production kitchen.
Since November 2015, Schwarzbergerhof has also offered its organic specialties online. Together with syreta, an online shop was implemented that provides customers with easy access to the high-quality products while also making the farm’s special world and philosophy digitally tangible.
