Large software manufacturer implements Store Lifecycle Tool by syreta

Full commitment across the entire D-A-CH region for the unique syreta system

Several well-known companies in Europe already use syreta’s practical Store Lifecycle Tool to organize their stores and sales areas. It enables them to efficiently manage the entire lifecycle of stores and sales areas digitally and, for example, to plan and roll out nationwide advertising campaigns with ease. Thanks to the dedication of our project lead Stefan Trauner and our application manager Daniel, as well as Josephine Plath from our partner agency MSM.DIGITAL, another corporate group can now fully benefit from the advantages of the smart tool and save important resources.

Dealers and sales partners perfectly equipped

After the customer’s accessibility requirements were met, the first work could begin. A major focus was the implementation of the download area, where in the future all dealers will be able to download up-to-date materials for presenting the products and programs.

For the software manufacturer, our partner agency MSM.DIGITAL had already integrated the DAM system “CAVOK”. To ensure a smooth connection between the two programs, syreta developed a dedicated interface. This means the software manufacturer will in future be able to upload all graphics and materials to the DAM system, and dealers will have direct access to them via the Store Lifecycle Tool. With this successful linkage, incorrect orders or wrong dimensions when equipping advertising materials will be a thing of the past.

Simplifying retail management across the board

In addition to the seamless connection to the DAM system, the Store Lifecycle Tool also includes content search, file previews, personalized watchlists, and an intelligent role and user permissions system. This makes it easy to assign and manage different user groups. This ensures that each dealer is provided with exactly the materials they need.

We are pleased that with our solution we can support the corporate group in making its day-to-day work easier, and as a digitalization expert we are convinced that thanks to the tool, it will not be going away any time soon.

The interface to the CAVOK DAM system is the decisive element of this project. Without it, two powerful systems would have run side by side - with it, they work together. Dealers download current materials directly from the Store Lifecycle Tool without having to know that a DAM system manages the files in the background. Simple for the user, complex to implement.

The role and user permissions system ensures that each dealer sees exactly what is relevant to them - no more, no less. This reduces incorrect orders, saves support effort, and ensures that advertising materials are used consistently and correctly across the entire dealer network.
