SIZE Process - Holter

The product SIZE Prozess®.NET, developed in cooperation with the company Size Prozess®, was commissioned at the first customer. The company Holter distributes, among other things, bathtubs, shower enclosures, washbasins, toilets, mirrors, biomass heating systems, solar cells, heat pumps, and drinking-water installation systems. Holter employs 540 people, two thirds of them in Wels.

What the rollout at Holter means is more than a technical go-live: SIZE Prozess®.NET is starting up with the first real customer – a company with 540 employees, two thirds of them in Wels, and a product range that spans from bathtubs and showers to biomass heating systems and drinking-water installation systems.

What is SIZE Prozess®.NET — and why is the rollout at Holter significant?

SIZE Prozess®.NET is a software solution developed in cooperation between syreta and the company Size Prozess® for the sanitary and heating trade. With the rollout at Holter, the product is being put into operation for the first time at its first productive customer — a milestone that means far more than just another go-live. The first productive use of a new software is the moment when all theoretical assumptions meet reality: How does the system behave under real operating conditions? How do employees respond to the new solution? Where is there still a need for adjustments? With 540 employees — two thirds of them in Wels — Holter is not a small company, but a significant regional employer and dealer in the areas of sanitary, heating, and renewable energy. That syreta and Size Prozess® were able to win Holter as their first customer is a strong signal for the quality and practical suitability of the solution.
