So much interactivity creates joy and friends
Right on time for the company’s 100th anniversary, the family business Entholzer, based in Wels in Upper Austria, was taken over in the fourth generation. In keeping with the company credo that the products create joy and friends, our partner agency VENKO refreshed the brand presence. In addition to careful neuro-positioning, Entholzer received a new corporate design including fresh wording, and we revised the company website - to everyone’s delight.
Simple data management through interfaces
Entholzer’s customers include property developers and architects, among others, who like to rely on Entholzer’s quality for their projects. Major projects in particular are always subject to a tight schedule and delivery dates must be strictly adhered to. To handle such projects, Entholzer uses special planning software that simplifies logistics. As part of the website relaunch, an extra programmed interface has now created a connection to Entholzer’s project database. This means project details such as delivery dates and delivery addresses can be transferred directly to the website and viewed there by partners.
From now on, they can view their currently ongoing projects in which they use Entholzer products directly on the website via a dedicated partner login area and have all project items and delivery dates immediately in view. Thanks to the new feature and the clear presentation, feedback can now be given directly on individual items. This also simplifies and speeds up complaints management.
Order must be
Entholzer not only produces windows and doors, but also delivers them itself. For this purpose, the construction materials are loaded onto so-called window racks. The windows and doors are leaned against these at an angle for transport, secured, and brought to the site of use. In the past, it sometimes happened that the racks were unloaded and then left standing on the construction site for a few days. At the same time, rack stocks at headquarters kept dwindling and upcoming deliveries had to be rescheduled. Thanks to the integrated interface connection, this problem is now also a thing of the past. Via the portal, customers can quickly and easily indicate when window racks have been unloaded and are therefore ready for pickup. This means rack bottlenecks will also be a thing of the past in the future.
With so much efficiency, Entholzer will surely continue to create plenty of joy and friends for the next 100 years as well. And that makes us happy.
Website as an operational platform, not just a business card
What makes the Entholzer project special: the website fulfills a real operational function here. The partner portal is not a marketing feature, but a tool that is used daily in project business - for delivery dates, project status, complaints and rack tracking. This relieves both headquarters and partners and reduces follow-up questions that would otherwise have to be handled by phone or email.
For B2B companies with complex delivery and project processes, this is a model that shows how far a well-thought-out website can go beyond mere information delivery.
