Team aichhorns.at and syreta will be joining forces in the POS systems segment going forward

The AIDA TOUCH POS system has always impressed with very easy operation without compromising on functionality and is considered one of the most modern cash register systems for gastronomy, retail, and agricultural resale. For more than 15 years, the Wels-based company Team aichhorns.at has been selling POS systems and the associated software solutions. A mutual customer was already using the AIDA POS system. syreta programmed the interfaces required to connect it to the inventory management system. This shared customer has now led the two companies to join forces in the POS systems area in the future and enter into a partnership.

Shared customers benefit

As part of the newly sealed system partnership, syreta programmed a standard interface that ensures smooth communication between the POS system and the webshop. This means that customers who use a Team aichhorns.at AIDA TOUCH POS system and a syreta webshop will in future always have access to a complete system in which all components are coordinated with one another. This service not only saves customers time-consuming research when looking for the right partner for their project, but also makes day-to-day operations easier. Via the interface, all relevant data is transferred between the POS system and the e-shop, ensuring that the correct information is always displayed on both sides. Customers can also expect 365-day availability for any queries that arise.

What this partnership means for customers in concrete terms: they no longer have to take care of making the POS system and webshop talk to each other. The interface runs in the background, data is synchronized automatically, and if there are questions, there is one point of contact – not two who shift the blame to each other when something doesn’t work.
