VOEST ALPINE FOUNDRY: SALES TOOL FOR SALES OPTIMIZATION

B2B OMNI-CHANNEL SOLUTION

The voestalpine Foundry Group has made a name for itself worldwide with the production of steel casting, spheroidal graphite iron casting, and non-ferrous metal casting. To further optimize the sales processes, a sales tool was developed for distribution, in which all transactions become directly visible.

The realized B2B omni-channel solution enables designers and manufacturers in the automotive sector to download product drawings in different file formats for planning and to immediately integrate them into their own systems. The detailed data of the products comes directly from SAP and customer data is reconciled with the integrated CRM.

The current omni-channel solution for the voestalpine foundry is a precursor to a Web2Print solution, as the entire change management of the data is mapped in Product Information Management (PIM).

This is what characterizes the multi-channel solution: sales tool for sales staff to make all transactions visible, access for designers or manufacturers to product drawings, interfaces to SAP and CRM.
