For the globally renowned Japanese tool manufacturer Hitachi, we implemented the Austrian web portal using a Product Information Management system, or PIM for short.
By using the PIM, all requirements for the later integration of an e-shop could be considered already in the first development phase of the project – the creation of the classic website. Our PIM system enables Hitachi Austria to manage all product information independently and present it on the web.
This distinguishes this B2C Omni-Channel solution: flip catalog, automatic PDF data sheet creation, convenient warranty management for activating warranty extensions for products purchased by the customer.
